From task addict to my calmer self

I have learned that by taking on tasks and overwhelming myself will help me hide my pain, my fears and wound that I have. I become a high achiever, a multitasker and solder for social media. I created content ans strategies for others for a living and I liked it. The only problem was that it didn’t made me happy on the contrary it made me miserable. I had to stop. That was the only way forward. I had to turn back and look in the eye how did I end up it? I realised that the THING was not a past event, a trauma – not alone – more the way I was looking at life and living it. I believe that we are constantly healing… letting to be our slow self helps to heal deeper.
