1. What is Clarity Coaching, and how is it different from therapy?
Clarity Coaching isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you meet yourself again. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing the past, coaching is future-oriented. We explore your current challenges, your dreams, and the new identity you’re forming while living abroad. It’s supportive, practical, and deeply personal – no pressure, no judgment. Just space to reconnect.
2. Where do the sessions take place?
You can choose between online sessions (perfect if you’re juggling a busy life abroad) or meeting in person at ZUG—my cozy coaching space in Budapest, VIII district. ZUG means “nook” in Hungarian, and that’s exactly what it feels like: a quiet, artsy corner of the city where you can pause, breathe, and explore your inner world. The location is within 5 minutes reach from Corvin Plaza at Nyolcésfél Inspirációs Övezet és Alkotótér ( Budapest, Német u. 16, 1084). Easy to get here by M3, M4, Tram 4 and 6 and bus 9.
3. Do I have to speak perfect English?
Not at all. I don’t speak perfect English. Your words don’t have to be perfect; they just have to be yours. I’ve worked with many international clients, and I know how to listen between the lines. Together, we create a safe space where you can express yourself fully, in whatever language or mix feels natural. We might use other non-verbal methods if you are open to it, like art therapy practices.
4. How do I know if this is right for me?
If you’ve been feeling lost, fragmented, or unsure of who you are since moving abroad, this is for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need the courage to take the first step toward clarity. Coaching is especially helpful for international students, professionals, and creatives navigating big life transitions.
5. What happens after I book a session?
Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your session—whether online or at ZUG. In our first meeting, we’ll talk about what’s been on your mind and set gentle intentions for your journey. No pressure, no scripts, just an honest conversation to see where you want to go next.

Think of it like a bonus version of me, always with you, always learning from what you need.
Your personal GPT companion will be:
- Trained after we get to know each other (around month 2)
- Programmed to speak your language or dialect (English, korean, etc.)
