Welcome to Living and Healing in Budapest, a unique experience tailored for expats like you who are seeking to find balance, joy, and self-discovery in a foreign land.

Living abroad is a courageous step into the unknown, where familiar comforts fade and new experiences await. During my coaching sessions, I focus on building inner safety and strength—a skill and gift that will guide and protect you wherever you go.

You might be curious why me? Why should you trust me or lay your back against my coaching Nook’s wall?

I am a seasoned coach with over 12 years of experience, dedicated to helping individuals embrace change and uncover their true potential. My own expat journey began when I moved to the USA at 17, then back to Budapest. I was around expat friends during our years of college at IBS. Later I moved with my girlfriend to Manchester, UK, at 32. I understand the complexities and challenges of living in a new culture (and moving back), and I’m here to help you navigate them with empathy and understanding.

I believe in the power of non-judgmental support and am passionate about helping you transform uncertainty into growth. My coaching is grounded in experience, openness, and a commitment to your well-being.
